Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys pace, variety and making things happen?

A large, purpose-led not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Recruitment Partner to join on a temp-to-contract basis, supporting a high-volume recruitment project.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of vacancies from initial approval through to onboarding, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver great candidates quickly and effectively.

The Role

  • Manage a high-volume vacancy portfolio end to end.
  • Write and advertise engaging job adverts.
  • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, databases and networks.
  • Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews.
  • Deliver volume recruitment and assessment activity.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Advise on market conditions, salaries and recruitment strategy.
  • Manage offers, negotiations and candidate communications.
  • Develop creative approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build talent pipelines for future vacancies.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and advertising suppliers.
  • Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding.
  • Track recruitment data, costs and time-to-hire.
  • Identify risks and keep recruitment campaigns on track.
  • Ensure recruitment is fair, inclusive and compliant.
  • Use technology and generative AI to improve recruitment.

About You

You’ll be an experienced recruiter who is:

  • Confident managing multiple vacancies at pace.
  • A strong partner to hiring managers.
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Experienced in direct sourcing and agency management.
  • Creative when tackling hard-to-fill vacancies.
  • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Comfortable using recruitment data and technology.
  • Passionate about inclusive recruitment.

This is a great opportunity to make a real impact within a large not-for-profit organisation, working on an important recruitment programme with plenty of variety and ownership.

If you’re a recruiter who likes getting things done, influencing stakeholders and finding great people, we’d love to hear from you.
