Our client, a leading growth investment fund, is currently seeking to hire a Head of Business Operations for its London team. The fund, which focuses on investing into a number of industries, across both the developed and emerging markets, are currently going through a growth phase from both an asset and people perspective. Due to this continued growth, a key priority for the business is to ensure it has a strong internal operational infrastructure, making this an important hire for the firms next stage of development. What the job involves

As the Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that the business has the infrastructure, systems, people, processes, and controls required. You will line manage the firm's administrative team and work closely with the Executive leadership to translate operational priorities into efficient, well controlled way of working.

• Operational leadership
• Transformation and change management
• IT infrastructure
• Facilities management
• Operational risk management
• Operational policies and procedures

• Proven experience in a business operations management role
• Previous experience ideally gained within the private equity or boutique investment management space
• Proven experience of managing IT, facilities, administration, and operational risk
• Strong understand of operational procedures, controls, and budgets
• Excellent project management skills
• Previous people management would be advantageous
