KYC CLM AVP - Leading Bank - #2130972

Our leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the end-to-end Rolling Review process within the Client Lifecycle Management division. You'll lead a team of KYC professionals, ensuring engagement with FO and offshore rolling review teams.

Key responsibilities of the role:

1. KYC end-to-end Oversight. Maintain close oversight of the end-to-end KYC process.
2. Stakeholder management. Be the primary contact between the KYC team and FO.
3. Process Optimization. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and drive client experience improvement.

The following skills / experience is essential:

1. Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
2. Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
3. Experience in client facing roles.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £80,000

Level: Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Location: London (good work from home options available)
