My leading Banking client are looking for a experienced and motivated individual to own the development, management, and optimisation of their Trade Finance, Lending and Leasing teams. You'll be critical in modernising the bank’s Lending systems and processes, focusing on implementing cutting-edge solutions. You'll also lead, mentor and manage a cross-functional team of product specialists, technical experts and business analysts.

This is a high profile role where you can really make your mark. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills/experience is essential:

Strong Loans and Trade Finance background
Proven experience in leading and strategising major Transformation projects.
Product Owner skillset
Previous managed and lead teams.
Excellent communication skills

Salary:Excellent + bonus + package

Level:Director

Location:London (good work from home options available)
