We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join a specialist automotive business in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to support a high-profile company dedicated to vintage and classic vehicles. The office manager role offers flexible hours and the chance to develop within a niche sector of the automotive industry.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from £19,000 to £24,000 pro rata, depending on experience and responsibilities
• Flexible part-time hours, typically 4 to 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday, with potential to increase to full-time for the right individual

Duties:

• Provide high-level administrative support as an office manager to the company leadership
• Manage daily office operations, facilities, correspondence, and HR support as an office manager
• Oversee bookkeeping and accounts payable using Xero, including bank statement reconciliation as an office manager
• Coordinate and manage vehicle transport logistics for classic, vintage, and prestige vehicles, both nationally and internationally
• Liaise with transport contractors, drivers, and logistics providers
• Assist with transport compliance, vehicle condition checks, and documentation
• Support fleet management, maintenance scheduling, and delivery planning
• Maintain a professional and efficient office environment to support daily business functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office management, fleet management, or transport coordination
• Strong bookkeeping skills and experience reconciling bank transactions
• Familiarity with Xero accounting software preferred but not essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt working hours and tasks as required
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
