Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver enterprise-level Oracle transformation programmes across various industries.
- Define and manage project scope, budget, risk, benefits realisation, and timelines using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to shape transformation agendas enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to project teams, including junior colleagues.
- Contribute to practice growth by supporting bids, developing commercial propositions, and driving go-to-market activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle and cloud ERP trends to ensure cutting-edge delivery solutions.
- Drive best practice in project reporting, governance, and delivery assurance.
- Support the development and management of project delivery tools, templates, and accelerators.
- Actively contribute to the people agenda through mentoring, talent development, and inclusion initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value Oracle transformation programmes (multi-million-pound budgets).
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to engage with senior-level executives in complex business environments.
- Deep knowledge of programme and project management tools, techniques, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Clear understanding of the strategic drivers behind ERP-enabled business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial aspects of large programmes, including financial oversight and proposal development.
- Recognised industry certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership qualities, with experience managing diverse, cross-border delivery teams (onshore and offshore).
- A collaborative and ethical approach to leadership, with a focus on building inclusive, high-performing teams.
