Assistant E-Channel Manager with Fluent Chinese - #2131637

An international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in managing the daily operations of online banking and debit card platforms.

Your duties will include:

1. Planning, implementing, and monitoring e-channel projects and initiatives
2. Coordinating with IT and vendors for system maintenance, updates, and issue resolution
3. Reporting on operational performance
4. Providing guidance and support to the team in executing operational tasks
5. Contributing to the development and testing of new features/services and support process improvements
6. Ensuring compliance with security & regulatory requirements

Your experience must include:

1. Strong proven experience in E-channel operations, digital banking, or card management
2. Experience with digital product management and system support preferred
3. A good understanding of banking operations, digital platforms, and regulatory requirements
4. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
5. Fluency in Cantonese is essential
6. Degree educated

This is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the London office and 1 day remotely.
