Role Summary

A leading multi-strategy hedge fund seeks an experienced Regulatory Business Analyst to support regulatory reporting and control initiatives across its European trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver regulatory change initiatives across European and UK regulatory reporting frameworks
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
  3. Analyze existing reporting processes, controls, and data flows
  4. Support enhancement of transaction and trade reporting infrastructure
  5. Perform gap analysis between current and target state regulatory frameworks
  6. Coordinate UAT testing and implementation activities

Regulatory Coverage

  1. EMIR Reporting
  2. MiFID / MiFIR Transaction Reporting
  3. SFTR
  4. AIFMD / Annex IV
  5. FCA IFPR / ICARA initiatives
  6. Regulatory controls and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

  1. Strong Business Analyst experience in financial services
  2. Expertise in regulatory reporting frameworks (EMIR, MiFIR)
  3. Experience in regulatory change and reporting remediation programs
  4. Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and multi-asset products
  5. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
