You will work closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable exposure within a dynamic, fast-growing platform. What the job involves

• Supporting the screening, underwriting and execution of real estate-backed bridging and medium-term loans across the UK and Ireland
• Assessing lending opportunities and providing commercial recommendations to senior deal professionals
• Preparing investment papers, including opportunity analysis, due diligence findings and key risk considerations
• Reviewing transaction documentation and ensuring financial and commercial terms are accurately reflected
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle

• Experience of UK real estate investments / banking in the UK is essential
• Cashflow modelling skills
• Excellent sales and relationship management skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
