The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD, helping them engage positively with learning and develop both academically and socially. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO, implementing effective strategies, encourage positive behaviour and help the pupil manage challenges throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, resilient and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience working with SEN, particularly ASD, is essential.
