We're partnering with an established international Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm looking for a strong recruiter to help develop one of the newer areas of its business.

The firm has an established reputation and track record across several executive search markets, but Projects, Programmes, Change, Transformation & Technology Leadership is a much newer area for them.

There's already a platform, brand, infrastructure and senior client network in place.

What they now need is someone with genuine experience in this market who can help them grow it properly.

The Opportunity

You'll take a leading role in developing the firm's interim and contract offering across:

• Projects
• Programmes
• Change & Transformation
• Technology

Rather than inheriting a fully developed desk and simply maintaining it, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the market is built.

You'll work with the wider business to identify opportunities within existing relationships while also developing your own client network and bringing new organisations into the firm.

The aim is simple: Turn a relatively new area of the business into an established and significant practice.

You'll have the backing of an executive search firm with offices in London and New York, established senior relationships and experience working across multiple sectors.

But they aren't looking for someone to sit back and wait for roles.

They want a recruiter who understands this market, knows how to generate opportunities and is excited by the prospect of building something.

The emphasis will be on senior interim and contract appointments, often supporting businesses through periods of significant change, transformation or technology investment.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an established recruiter who already understands the Projects, Programmes, Change, Transformation or Technology market.

You'll ideally bring:

• A strong track record within interim or contract recruitment
• Experience recruiting across Projects, Programmes, Change, Transformation and/or Technology
• The ability to develop business rather than simply service existing accounts
• An established network within your market
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial instincts
• A consultative approach to recruitment
• The confidence and ambition to help develop a newer practice

Previous Executive Search experience isn't essential.

You may currently work within a traditional recruitment agency and be looking for an opportunity to take what you've built and apply it within a more senior, sophisticated search environment.
