Capital Modelling Opportunities | Lloyd's Market | London

I'm currently working with a leading Lloyd's insurer on two hires within their Capital Modelling team:

Capital Modelling Manager
A senior role with responsibility for key capital modelling processes, including the delivery of SCR and economic capital requirements, development and use of the internal model, and presenting analysis to Boards, Committees and other senior stakeholders.

There's a strong strategic element to the position, with involvement in portfolio optimisation, reinsurance strategy, capital allocation and wider Group initiatives, alongside responsibility for managing and developing members of the team.

Capital Modelling Actuary
A hands-on capital modelling opportunity offering broad exposure across model development, parameterisation and validation, regulatory and economic capital, stress & scenario testing and ORSA.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on portfolio and reinsurance analysis, capital allocation and strategic modelling projects, with exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

For both roles, we're keen to speak with people who have:

• General Insurance actuarial experience
  * Lloyd's/London Marketexperience
  * Strong capital and stochastic modellingexperience
  * Knowledge of Igloo or equivalent
  * An understanding of Solvency UK
  * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
