Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider – Westminister - £22p/h - Temporary 
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Westminister. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in Painting and decorating and commercial building maintenance.

 

Working hours 

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00 - 16:30 ( 30 min unpaid break)
• Up to £22 per hour (umbrella)
• Immediate start

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily duties will be a mixture of decorating, painting student rooms, site redecorations & making good, paired with some general Fabric duties.
• Own tools and whites will be required on the first day, one kit of each paint brushes (emulsion/oil) and tools for wallpapering if needs be, after this any tools and painting materials will be provided. 

Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of most building fabric duties
• Prior experience in painting and decorating in a commercial environment
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
