Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider – Westminister - £22p/h - Temporary
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Westminister. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in Painting and decorating and commercial building maintenance.

CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in Painting and decorating and commercial building maintenance.
Working hours
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 16:30 ( 30 min unpaid break)
- Up to £22 per hour (umbrella)
- Immediate start
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily duties will be a mixture of decorating, painting student rooms, site redecorations & making good, paired with some general Fabric duties.
- Own tools and whites will be required on the first day, one kit of each paint brushes (emulsion/oil) and tools for wallpapering if needs be, after this any tools and painting materials will be provided.
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of most building fabric duties
- Prior experience in painting and decorating in a commercial environment
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
