Buy and partner with games across Roblox, Fortnite and Steam

The role:

We publish and operate games across three of the biggest creator economies in the industry. We buy those games, take them over, and scale them. Think early-stage M&A in a market with hundreds of targets a year, deals closing in weeks rather than months, and price tags from five to seven figures.

We're looking for a dealmaker to maange the end of the pipeline end: valuation, negotiation, closing. You'll manage the acquisition budget and you'll be measured on one thing — return on the capital you deploy.

You don't need to have played any of these games. You need to know how to value a live product, read its numbers, and convince a founder to make a deal.

What you'll do

• Value assets on the right terms for each market: retention, ARPDAU and payout rates for live UGC titles; unit economics, review sentiment, wishlist backlog and long-tail decay for premium Steam catalogue
• Judge what we can add — porting a proven Steam title to UEFN, relaunching a stalled Roblox game, taking over live ops on an island the creator has abandoned
• Run negotiations end to end: term sheet, structure (upfront, earnout, rev share, IP licence, port rights), close
• Handle the transfer mechanics: platform account ownership, source and asset handover, contributor rights, third-party licences
• Own the acquisition budget and the ROI on it

What we're looking for

• A track record of closing deals — Custom software, M&A, publishing, licensing or investment. Games background is a plus, not a requirement
• Comfort building a valuation from live metrics rather than a pitch deck
• Willingness to work across time zones and negotiate directly with solo developers and small studios
• Excellent written english. Ability to communicate with people with discord lingo, not "B2B cold sales email" style

Nice to have

Experience in UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite/UEFN, Minecraft), mobile F2P, hypercasual publishing, or app portfolio acquisitions.
