Logistics Manager – Site Cover

• Location: Central London
• Project: £22m Office Fit-Out & Refurbishment
• Contract: 15/09/2026 – 09/10/2026
• Hours: 7:30am - 4:30 pm
• Rate: £250 - £275 per day DOE

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to provide short-term site cover on a £20mn+ office fit-out and refurbishment project in Central London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day site logistics, ensuring deliveries, access, material movements and site operations are properly coordinated and managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site logistics and delivery schedules
• Coordinate site access, deliveries and material movements
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team
• Ensure the site remains organised, safe and efficient
• Manage delivery bookings and unloading arrangements
• Support the Site Manager and wider construction team with logistics requirements
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and access control

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager within construction or office fit-out
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, deliveries and material management
• SMSTS certification | Valid CSCS card
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to confidently manage a busy Central London site
• Previous experience working on commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects is desirable
