Salary: £58,000 per annum to £70,000 per annum (London weighted salary) or £50,000 per annum to £60,000 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester
Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

As our new Senior Analysis & Efficiency Manager, you'll join a small team at the very beginning of that journey. You'll have the opportunity to build our analytics and efficiency capability from the ground up shaping the data, reporting, dashboards and ways of working that will enable better commercial decisions and deliver measurable value across L&Q.
There's real scope to make this role your own. Rather than stepping into an established function, you'll help create it working across Supply Chain, Procurement and the wider business to turn data into meaningful insight, identify opportunities for improvement and establish an approach that will have a lasting impact.

Your impact in the role:
- Lead the development of our new supply chain analytics and efficiency capability, creating the insight and tools that help us make better commercial decisions.
- Build and develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting across Supply Chain.
- Turn spend, supplier and operational data into clear, actionable insight.
- Identify and track opportunities for savings, efficiencies, process improvement and automation.
- Strengthen data quality, compliance, governance and assurance across the function.
- Work across Procurement, Finance, Technology and operational teams to turn insight into action and embed better ways of working.
- CIPS qualified (essential)
- Substantial experience of building supply chain or procurement analytics and reporting from the ground up, including KPIs, dashboards and performance insight.
- Strong technical capability across Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with experience of e-buying/procurement systems.
- A track record of using data to identify efficiencies, improve processes and turn complex information into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to present insight and recommendations to colleagues and senior leaders.
