EMEA Talent Partner – HR Business Partner 12-Month Contract | London (hybrid)| £48.07–£60.09 per hour PE Global is currently recruiting for an EMEA Talent Partner / HR Business Partner on behalf of a leading global technology and travel organisation. The successful candidate will partner with senior business leaders across EMEA, providing strategic HR advice, coaching and support while helping to shape and deliver people initiatives across the region. Key Responsibilities • Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to business leaders on people matters, organisational design and team development. • Lead and support cyclical talent management programmes, including performance reviews, talent planning and employee relations. • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to implement employee experience, talent and workplace initiatives across EMEA. • Champion Diversity & Belonging initiatives, ensuring global programmes are effectively implemented at a regional and local level. • Provide EMEA-specific insights and recommendations to global People teams to help shape wider talent and HR strategies. • Support leaders across a range of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment and change management. • Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities to improve organisational and employee outcomes. • Work effectively across diverse cultures, geographies and stakeholder groups within a fast-paced, matrixed global organisation. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within fast-moving, high-growth and globally distributed organisations. • Broad HR expertise across 4+ functional areas, such as HR Business Partnering, Compensation, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Talent Management. • Strong experience advising and influencing senior managers and business leaders in complex, matrixed environments. • Proven experience across core HR disciplines, particularly Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Change Management. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive and complex organisational matters. • Experience working across EMEA and diverse international cultures and geographies. • Experience using Google Workspace/Suite to collect, analyse and present HR data. • Workday experience is highly desirable. • Experience using AI platforms and tools to manage work products and improve outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred. Relevant specialisms may include Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Development, Employment Law, Compensation, Statistics or Business. A genuine interest in travel and the travel industry, alongside a strong focus on both internal and external customer experience, would be highly beneficial.
