IT Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 Sales

We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to join a business undergoing application and systems change. This is a hands-on Business Analyst role, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, support Dynamics 365 delivery and facilitate system change across multiple business areas.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for bridging the gap between business teams and IT, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and supporting projects through to testing and release.

We’re looking for someone who can combine strong Business Analysis capability with practical Dynamics 365 knowledge.

Essential experience

• At least 5 years experience as a MS D365 Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience across projects of varying sizes and an understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practice.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desirable skills

• Experience within a similar industry or business environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or another relevant Microsoft certification.
