 Day Guest Service Assistant  5* Luxury Residences | Hyde Park | 40 Hours per week

• £15.00 per hour
• Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
• Shifts- 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm as required on rota
• Long-term temporary position
• Hours - Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Holidays- up to 28 days per year 

We are currently recruiting for a Day Guest Service Assistant to join the front office team at exclusive apartments in Central London. 

You’ll be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome and impeccable
service with every interaction. An excellent long-term opportunity for a polished and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering luxury service to clients.

Your daily tasks

•  Providing a professional and personalised front desk service for residents and guests
• Check ins/Check outs of residents
• Assisting with luggage and escorting residents to their apartments
• Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatres, and local attractions
• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication
• Maintain knowledge of all apartment features and resident services
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail and parcels and shopping requests
• Supporting with occasional night cover (e.g. for holiday relief)

About you

• Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer-facing hospitality role
• Previous experience of check in/outs using software systems
• A good level of spoken and written English
• Well presented and excellent communication skills
• Enjoy providing exceptional, 5-star customer service
• Reliable, proactive, looking for a long-term role
