EA / Project Support to CEO
I am currently partnering with a start-up life sciences and healthcare company who are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, eager and bright junior candidate to join as EA to the CEO. This is a heavily project-based role with plenty of scope for progression, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career and join an exciting company with ambitious growth plans.
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: East London

What you’ll do:
- Support the CEO across schedules, meetings, travel, briefings and confidential information
- Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives, tracking actions, priorities and deadlines
- Support commercial and growth projects, including proposals, tenders, partnerships, client materials and research
- Coordinate board, investor and leadership meetings, preparing papers, presentations, reports and governance materials
- Draft executive correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing papers and communications
- Manage relationships and coordination across senior internal and external stakeholders
- Support reporting, analysis, process improvement and the execution of strategic and operational projects
- Degree educated (desirable)
- Forward-thinking, energetic and proactive, with a muck-in attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administration role within a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion
