DevOps Architect - Insurance

We are recruiting for a DevOps Architect with DevSecOps experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35, Hybrid

Experience

Typically 10+ years' experience across DevOps Architecture
Demonstrable experience defining enterprise DevOps or Platform Engineering strategies.
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud engineering, and automation.
Experience leading engineering transformation initiatives.
Experience designing modern cloud-native delivery platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.
Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and operational delivery models.
Previous experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect.
Cloud architecture certifications.
Kubernetes and container platform certifications.
Experience implementing DORA metrics, Value Stream Management, or Flow Metrics.
Experience with AI-enabled engineering platforms and Agentic SDLC capabilities.
Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
