FOR THIS ROLE -WE ARE LOOKING AT BA'S with 1-5 years of Experience MAX

I'm working with a high-performing investment business looking for a Business Applications Analyst to operate across data, technology, and front-office teams. This is a hands-on role with real ownership not a documentation-heavy BA position.

You'll be working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and reporting teams to solve complex problems, improve systems, and deliver scalable solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with the business to understand and challenge requirements
• Turning complex needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Supporting delivery of system enhancements and projects
• Owning issues end-to-end, including 3rd line support across investment systems
• Driving process improvements, automation, and data quality

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Strong SQL and confidence working with data
• Solid business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of the SDLC and testing
• Clear, confident communication

Nice to have:

• Asset management or financial services experience
• Exposure to OMS, trading, accounting, or performance systems
• Power BI, SSRS, Python or similar
• Any cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)

This is a high-impact role in a data-heavy environment where you'll be trusted to deliver and make a real difference.
