What you’ll Do:
- Coordinate product compliance and certification across relevant retail categories and territories
- Manage compliance documentation, records and product information, including third-party testing and specifications
- Review product labelling, warnings and packaging information to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Own the end-to-end product compliance process, working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Design and external partners
- Monitor relevant legislation, conduct risk assessments and support the development of compliance policies and processes
- Work with suppliers to identify and resolve compliance issues, including corrective actions and product recall processes
- Support sustainability requirements, training and process improvements across retail teams, including relevant product certifications
- Proven experience in product compliance within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of UK, EU and international regulatory and certification requirements
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners across international supply chains
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing technical documentation and compliance records
- Understanding of sustainability requirements and relevant certifications, including GOTS, FSC and SedEx
- Proactive, organised and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
- Strong written, numerical and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across teams and external stakeholders
