Multi Trader – FM Service Provider – London/ Essex - £24p/h - Temporary 

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in London and Essex. CBW is currently recruiting for a Multi Trader, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of Multi Trader and Fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

 

Working hours 

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• Up to £24 per hour ( depending on qualifications ) (umbrella)
• Immediate start
• Company van provided

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carpentry & joinery
• Plumbing
• Painting & decorating
• Plastering & rendering
• Tiling
• Flooring
• Basic electrical works
• Door and lock repairs
• General building repairs
• Silicone/mastic works
• External maintenance
• Minor roofing repairs
• General property maintenance

  Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of most building fabric / multi trader duties
• Qualified in either Carpentry, Painting and Decorating or any relevant trade
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
