2 day a week- Financial Administrator
We are seeking a 2 days a week Financial Administrator- on a temp basis - on going covering sickness - 
£21 an hour 
Hybrid working -1 day in Central London - 1 from Home 

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a reputable not for profit media group located in Central London.

What will you be doing?
Invoice raising

• Raise invoices on our Integra Centros PROD system for all areas of F&E income

Direct Debit Reconciliation

• Following retroactive invoice raising with Treasury team
• Use our Committed Giving platform and Integra Centros PROD software to reconcile list of Patron direct debit payments, 2-3 times per month

Generating and providing secure payment links to Patrons

• Set up secure payment links via the IPG Virtual Terminal platform.
• Create payment links to enable Patrons to settle outstanding invoices securely.
• Work closely with the Philanthropy Coordinator to communicate payment links to Patrons and support payment completion.

Gift Recording on Raiser’s Edge NXT, our CRM

• Record received gifts on our CRM Raiser’s Edge NXT from all areas of income activity
• Follow training materials provided and work with our Raiser’s Edge Consultant where needed

 About you

• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
• Very good knowledge of Excel; and able to interpret Data
• Financial experience; Invoicing and Reconciliations
• Use of Raiser Edge is helpful 
• Great communication skills and Team Player
