Graduate Marketing Assistant - London - £30,000


A household brand named business with offices in Central London are looking for a Graduate Marketing Executive to join their growing Marketing Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established brand where you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work across a broad range of marketing activities — from campaigns, social media and PR to website content, SEO, reporting and creative asset management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ marketing experience, or a recent Marketing graduate with the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career in a fast-paced, varied environment.



The Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll support the planning, coordination, delivery and measurement of marketing activity across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, as well as external suppliers and partners, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate store signage projects, working with store teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor our social media channels and manage customer review responses in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Support PR activity, including briefing stories, reviewing press releases and helping to plan and coordinate marketing events.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Marketing Team.
  • Conduct market research and provide useful insights to inform marketing activity and decision-making.
  • Independently manage the Marketing inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently and escalated to the appropriate internal teams, store colleagues or external suppliers when required.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate budget and expenditure trackers, working closely with Accounts, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly marketing reports and performance updates, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Support the ongoing management and optimisation of the company website, including content updates and continuous improvements.
  • Support the delivery of SEO initiatives and objectives set by the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage photography and videography assets, ensuring content is organised, maintained and easily accessible.
  • Support ad-hoc photography and video requirements for social media campaigns and wider business initiatives.
  • Take on additional marketing projects and responsibilities as required by the team.


About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, highly organised and ready to get stuck in. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, working to deadlines and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, or be a Marketing graduate with a genuine passion for developing a career in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, energetic and proactive approach, with a genuine willingness to learn.
  • The motivation, enthusiasm and drive to achieve high standards and results.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of projects.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A professional, friendly and courteous manner.
  • A strong team-player mentality and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Honesty, discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive business information.
  • A positive attitude towards change and new challenges.


The salary on offer for this role is up to £30,000 plus benefits.
