Finanace Executive using TOURPLAN - #2135927

Our client is a successful and established DMC looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied role supporting the finance function across supplier invoicing, payments, reconciliations, banking and general finance administration. You will also work closely with the wider business and support the Operations team where required during peak periods.

Please note: Tourplan experience is essential for this position. Applications will not be considered without previous Tourplan experience.

• Processing and accurately coding supplier invoices and credit notes
• Reconciling purchase orders and monthly supplier statements
• Managing supplier queries, deposits, prepayments and proformas
• Posting and allocating multi-currency bank transactions across multiple entities
• Reviewing aged creditors and assisting with weekly GBP and Euro cash analysis
• Processing credit card and cash expenses
• Managing the finance inbox and responding to internal and supplier queries
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Supporting the Operations team during busy periods when required

• Previous experience in a finance administration, accounts payable or purchase ledger role working in Travel
• Essential: Previous hands-on experience using Tourplan
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Experience working with multi-currency transactions
• Good Excel and general IT skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player
• Previous experience within a DMC, travel or tourism environment is required
