As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with clients while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities.

You'll take ownership of your accounts, but importantly, you'll also be expected to think commercially and proactively - looking beyond the immediate opportunity to understand what else we could offer, who else we could work with and where the next piece of business might come from.

You'll have the freedom to develop your own approach, build your network and pursue opportunities, with the support of a business that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship building.
  • Research and identify prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Lead conversations with prospective customers and understand their challenges and requirements.
  • Develop compelling proposals and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial conversation through to close.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure clients receive an excellent experience.
  • Stay close to the market, identifying emerging trends, opportunities and potential new customers.
  • Take ownership of your results and contribute ideas that can help the wider business grow.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is commercially hungry, personable and entrepreneurial.

You may already be an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or similar - or you may be someone who has built strong commercial experience and is ready for their next challenge.

More important than your job title is your mindset.

You'll ideally have:
  • Proven experience in new business development and relationship management.
  • A track record of winning new clients or growing existing accounts.
  • History of working within Technology Sales and SaaS.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an instinct for identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Resilience and determination - you're comfortable hearing "no" and finding another way in.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a growing business.
Why Join?

This is where the opportunity is different.

You'll be joining a family-founded business where people genuinely matter. We're small enough for your contribution to be seen, heard and valued, but ambitious enough that there is significant scope for growth.

You won't be another number on an org chart.

You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Make a genuine impact from day one.
  • Work closely with the founders and senior leadership.
  • Have real ownership over your clients, pipeline and results.
  • Develop your career as the business grows.
  • Help shape processes, ideas and the future direction of the company.
  • Build something rather than simply inherit something.
  • Take advantage of opportunities as they arise - and in a growing business, there will be plenty of them.
We believe the best people are given trust, responsibility and room to grow.

If you're someone who wants to be part of a business where your ambition can directly influence your career, your earning potential and the future of the company, we'd love to hear from you.
