What role will you play?

As a Junior Cross-Asset Futures and Options Execution Broker within our EMEA Futures team, you will support the execution of futures and options orders for a diverse institutional and corporate client base. Through high-touch client service and strong relationship management, you will help clients meet their trading objectives while contributing to business growth opportunities. Working closely with colleagues across Commodities and Global Markets, you will support client coverage activities and identify opportunities to deliver broader solutions. Reporting to a senior member of the Futures team, you will uphold the highest standards of risk management, compliance and professional conduct while contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

What you offer

  • Experience within financial services, ideally gained in a client-facing role, with an understanding of futures and options markets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships across a diverse client base and stakeholder group
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities, take initiative and contribute to business growth.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, supported by sound judgement and attention to detail.
