Finance Manager, SAAS, London - #2136112

£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits - Hybrid - London

A growing, profitable international SaaS business is seeking a Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is a newly created role offering significant exposure across financial control, management reporting, international operations and process improvement within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the month-end process, management accounts, group consolidations and oversight of overseas entities, while helping to build a scalable finance function capable of supporting continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiencies and partnering with stakeholders across a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely delivery of management accounts.
• Prepare consolidated reporting across multiple international entities.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment.
• Manage relationships with external overseas accountants and external advisors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Support statutory compliance, audits and governance activities.
• Mentor junior members of the finance team.

Essential Requirements

Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Previous experience working within a SaaS business is essential.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
• Proven experience owning month-end close and management reporting processes.
• Experience producing consolidated accounts within a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership within a remote-first business.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and technology.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to international entities and multi-currency reporting.
• Experience with subscription revenue models, deferred revenue, ARR and MRR reporting.
• Knowledge of Xero or similar cloud-based finance systems.
• Experience improving finance processes through automation and technology.
