What will you be doing?
Invoice raising
- Raise invoices on our Integra Centros PROD system for all areas of F&E income
- Following retroactive invoice raising with Treasury team
- Use our Committed Giving platform and Integra Centros PROD software to reconcile list of Patron direct debit payments, 2-3 times per month
- Set up secure payment links via the IPG Virtual Terminal platform.
- Create payment links to enable Patrons to settle outstanding invoices securely.
- Work closely with the Philanthropy Coordinator to communicate payment links to Patrons and support payment completion.
- Record received gifts on our CRM Raiser’s Edge NXT from all areas of income activity
- Follow training materials provided and work with our Raiser’s Edge Consultant where needed
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
- Very good knowledge of Excel; and able to interpret Data
- Financial experience; Invoicing and Reconciliations
- Use of Raiser Edge is helpful
- Great communication skills and Team Player
