Casual Temporary Baristas - Various Locations - #2137346

We are currently recruiting for experienced Baristas to join our temporary staffing team, providing flexible work opportunities across a range of cafés, hospitality venues, events and corporate sites.

This role is ideal for experienced baristas looking for flexible temporary work, additional hours alongside another job, or the opportunity to work around other commitments. Shifts can vary depending on client requirements and your availability.

You will be expected to deliver a consistently high standard of coffee preparation and customer service, while working efficiently and professionally in busy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving coffee, tea and other hot and cold beverages
• Operating professional coffee machines and barista equipment
• Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food hygiene
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Supporting the wider hospitality team when required
• Following venue procedures and health and safety requirements

About You

• Previous experience working as a Barista is essential
• Confident using commercial coffee machines
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in fast-paced hospitality environments
• Flexible and available for temporary/ad-hoc shifts
