We are working with a well-established building services consultancy delivering complex MEP projects across the UK and internationally.

Their work spans a broad range of technically demanding developments including commercial offices, high-end fit out schemes, healthcare environments, and mission critical/data centre projects, with a strong focus on BIM-led delivery and coordination.

Due to sustained project demand and a strong pipeline of ongoing work, they are looking to appoint Revit MEP Technicians across all levels of experience, from junior through to more established professionals, to join their London team. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative technical environment working on fast-paced projects with significant coordination requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and BIM personnel to produce coordinated MEP models and technical deliverables across all project stages.

The Role

  • Producing coordinated MEP Revit models and detailed technical drawings
  • Supporting the delivery of BIM projects across a variety of sectors
  • Working closely with engineers, consultants, and project teams to maintain model accuracy and coordination
  • Participating in clash detection and model review processes using Navisworks
  • Assisting with model updates, revisions, schedules, and drawing issue information
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and Revit families
  • Working within live project environments with multiple disciplines and fast-paced delivery programmes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working within an MEP / Building Services environment
  • Good working knowledge of Revit MEP
  • Experience producing coordinated building services models and drawings
  • Understanding of BIM workflows and project coordination
  • Navisworks experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within project teams
  • Proactive approach with good attention to detail
  • Experience across commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, data centre, or large-scale projects would be advantageous

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
  • Exposure to complex and high-profile projects
  • Collaborative and technically focused working environment
  • Clear long-term progression opportunities
  • Supportive team culture with ongoing project exposure and development
