Electrical Site Supervisor

Location: Westminster, London
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis, working on-site in Westminster, London.

The Role

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating electrical works and site teams.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme.
• Ensuring all electrical installations are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitoring health & safety and ensuring site procedures are followed.
• Carrying out regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of works.
• Identifying and resolving issues on site.
• Ensuring appropriate records, reports, and documentation are maintained.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience working as an Electrical Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong electrical knowledge and site-based experience.
• Good understanding of electrical installation, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy site environment.
