Working for a progressive, dynamic US law firm in the City.

4:1 Hybrid working

This role requires a strong, experienced EA who has experience of working with more than one diary at one time.

Duties:

• Diary management, coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls for multiple attendees across different time zones
• Document production
• Arranging meetings and events
• Making travel arrangements
• Supporting Partners and the Marketing team with Business Development
• Supporting the Partners and working with the Accounts team to carry out monthly billing processes

The idea candidate would have Private Equity, Corporate, Finance, Banking experience from a leading law firm.
