Day Rate: £450 - £500 per day (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse property portfolio.

You will act as the subject matter expert for property compliance, ensuring all statutory obligations are met while maintaining robust governance, reporting and assurance processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead property compliance programmes across a varied estate.
• Manage statutory inspections, audits, testing and remedial works.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Develop and improve compliance reporting systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and audit readiness.
• Provide advice and assurance to senior management on compliance risks.

About You

• Extensive experience within property compliance, facilities management or building safety.
• Strong knowledge of fire, asbestos, gas, electrical and water hygiene compliance.
• Experience managing compliance contractors and service providers.
• Ability to interpret legislation and implement practical compliance solutions.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or relevant professional qualifications are highly desirable.
