Head of Claims - #2137627

A widely respected Lloyd's broker seek a Head of Claims. You will responsible for managing a high performing claims team. The Head of Claims leads and evolves the company claims function as a core driver of client value, retention and revenue growth. The role is responsible for delivering best-in-class claims advocacy, technical expertise and strategic insight across all classes of business, while building a high-performing team and ensuring the function scales in line with the firm's growth ambitions.

In addition, you will be responsible for setting priorities and driving accountability. You will also lead negotiations on complex claims and provide technical expertise for Marine Hull & Machinery and Liability claims where necessary.

Applicants should have prior experience of managing and developing claims teams. A good technical understanding of Marine Hull and/or Liability claims will be preferred.
