Marketing Lead - Southern Europe | Cybersecurity / B2B Technology

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Marketing Lead to own integrated regional marketing strategy and execution across Southern Europe for a leading enterprise cybersecurity business. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on demand generation, pipeline acceleration, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), customer growth and partner marketing across multiple markets.

The Role

You will act as the key marketing partner to regional sales leadership, translating commercial priorities into measurable multi-channel marketing programmes. You will manage regional marketing investment, prioritise activity by market opportunity and pipeline requirements, and deliver campaigns across digital, events, executive engagement, customer marketing and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-country field and regional marketing strategy.
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales and pipeline objectives.
• Lead demand generation, ABM, integrated campaigns and pipeline acceleration programmes.
• Partner with enterprise sales teams on strategic accounts, buying groups and new-logo acquisition.
• Manage marketing budgets, investment allocation, campaign ROI and performance reporting.
• Deliver digital campaigns, webinars, customer and partner events, executive programmes and industry events.
• Drive partner and channel marketing programmes.
• Monitor funnel metrics, lead management, attribution, conversion and marketing ROI.
• Work across regional, EMEA and global sales, marketing, product and operations teams.

About You

You will be an experienced B2B field marketing, regional marketing or demand generation professional with proven multi-country campaign ownership and measurable pipeline impact. Experience within cybersecurity is highly desirable, although enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, networking or another complex B2B technology environment will also be relevant.

You should bring strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, integrated campaign, partner/channel marketing and event marketing experience, together with excellent stakeholder management and commercial judgement. Experience partnering directly with enterprise sales leadership is important.

Technology & Analytics

Strong CRM, marketing automation, lead management and campaign measurement knowledge is required. Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua, Marketo or equivalent platforms is valuable, alongside strong Excel and PowerPoint capability.

Additional Requirements

Fluent English, French langauge and strong communication skills are essential. Additional Southern European language capability is highly advantageous.
