We're recruiting for a Property Lister / Valuer to join an established and growing team in East Ham, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to develop their career, maximise their earning potential and progress within the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven valuation and listing experience who is confident winning instructions, building strong vendor relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

As a Property Lister / Valuer, you will:

• Provide expert valuation and marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
• Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
• List properties and maximise opportunities to achieve strong sale prices
• Generate new leads and proactively develop new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Work closely with the wider team to match properties with suitable buyers
• Support and help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away
• Assist with the management and performance of the branch
• Contribute to branch profitability and overall business growth

Property Lister / Valuer requirements:

• Previous Valuer / Lister experience is essential
• Proven experience winning new instructions and generating business
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident, professional and commercially minded
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Organised, motivated and driven to achieve results
• Full UK driving licence
