Graduate Quantity Surveyor - #2139752

A leading specialist contractor is looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team, supporting the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across London.

The Role

• Support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Assist with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Support change management and variations
• Assist with CVRs, forecasting and cost control
• Work closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team

About You

• Previous experience as an AQS / Assistant QS within civil engineering or construction
• Good understanding of commercial and project costs
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant commercial qualification or degree desirable
