Responsibilities

Lead Technical Due Diligence inspections and reporting
Deliver professional building surveying instructions including dilapidations and planned maintenance advice
Manage client relationships and provide technical advisory services
Coordinate specialist consultants where required
Support junior surveyors through technical guidance and review

Requirements

MRICS qualified
Strong commercial building surveying consultancy experience
Proven Technical Due Diligence reporting background
Broad professional building surveying expertise
Experience advising commercial property clients

Salary & Package

£60,000–£70,000 basic salary
15% contractual over-target bonus
