Our client is a world-renowned leader in private aviation and is seeking an experienced leader to champion their Sales Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will streamline the sales cycle, eliminate operational friction, and directly drive revenue growth for high-value aviation programmes.

The Role

• Accelerate Revenue: Partner with sales leadership to optimise the end-to-end sales lifecycle, shorten sales cycles, and maximise conversion rates.
• Lead & Mentor: Train, manage, and coach a high-performing Sales Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Optimise Processes: Identify and implement process improvements, system automation, and tools to boost sales productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure rapid speed-to-market while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and aviation regulatory requirements.
• Deal Strategy Expert: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on complex product terms, guiding the team and stakeholders through sophisticated deal structures.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing a Sales Operations team.
• Deep expertise in high-value asset sales environments (aviation or luxury fractional programme experience is highly advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of building impactful CRM dashboards, reports, and pipeline management processes.
• Commercial acumen to support complex financial deal structuring and proposal generation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to seamlessly bridge the gap between Sales, Finance, and IT.
