Desktop Support Opportunities - London

We are currently hiring for two Desktop Support opportunities with our client. While both roles focus on end-user support, they differ in terms of technical requirements and experience.

Role Title: 1.Desktop Support Engineer AND 2.DEX TechBar & Desktop Engineer

Pay Rate: £350 per day via Umbrella

Contract: 6 months, with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position

Location: London

Monday-Friday shift rota

1. DEX TechBar & Desktop Engineer

A senior/technical role focused on Desktop Support and Endpoint Management.

Key skills:

• Windows / Endpoint Support
• SCCM / modern endpoint management
• Citrix / VDI
• Imaging, builds & configuration
• Complex troubleshooting & escalations
• ITSM and TechBar support
• Automation / continuous improvement

1. Desktop Support Engineer

A more hands-on Desktop Support role, with strong potential to convert to permanent.

Key skills:

• Desktop / EUC Support
• Windows troubleshooting
• Hardware & software support
• Incident resolution
• Strong customer service
