About the Company

Our client is an established RC frame and groundworks contractor delivering projects across London and the Home Counties.

Their portfolio includes residential, commercial, student accommodation and mixed-use developments, with project values typically ranging from £10 million to £20 million.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the commercial management of RC frame and groundworks projects from initial tender through to final account.

Working alongside the commercial and operational teams, you will manage valuations, variations, cost reporting and subcontractor accounts while helping to maximise project profitability.

The position is open to Quantity Surveyors at different levels, with opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow.

About the Requirements

• Previous experience with an RC frame, groundworks or civil engineering contractor.
• Good understanding of valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Experience commercially managing construction projects.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Full package details can be discussed at interview stage.

LTD or PAYE engagement available.
