Our client is a very successful professional services firm looking to recruit a permanent Corporate Receptionist. Working as a team of 3 Receptionists you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and office operations.
This role will suit someone with Corporate Receptionist experience who is reliable, organised, a great team player, with excellent communication skills and someone who enjoys working in a busy, structured environment.
Salary: £30,000 -£33,000 + fantastic benefits, 25 days holiday and discretionary annual bonus
Location: City! Stunning, large modern offices!
Office based: 5 days working in the office Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Corporate Receptionist duties include:
- Meeting and greeting ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients, staff and visitors.
- Answering the phone, directing calls and emailing detailed messages to staff
- members.
- Booking meetings and setting up and maintaining the firm's 8 meeting rooms.
- Managing the firm's smart desk and visitor booking systems.
- Managing the staff door access and fob system and issuing any temporary staff passes.
- Managing the incoming and outgoing post, opening, distributing and scanning the post including HMRC post.
- Ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Archiving, document management, printing.
- Assisting the HR team with new starters. Assisting Marketing team with events.
- Assisting with facility issues.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previously worked as a Receptionist or have some face-to-face customer service experience or client facing experience.
- Be happy to work in the office Monday to Friday hours of 8am to 4.30pm.
- Have a polished, professional manner.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident communicating at all levels of the business.
- Be a great team player with a positive “Can-do” helpful approach.
- Be calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Be happy to undertake training to become a First Aider and Fire Warden to support the firm’s health and safety obligations.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
