Construction Associate ( NQ-2 Year's PQE) - #2140941

AJ Chambers are working with a top tier law firm renowned for its excellent culture, strong career development opportunities and commitment to its people. They are looking for a Construction Associate to join its growing team in London.

Main Responsibilities:

• Involved with projects from the outset and work with clients to shape their procurement and contracting strategies.
• Negotiating and draft all types of construction, development and project documentation
• Preparing client agreements
• Working on some large projects for commercial
• Formal disputes

Key Requirements:

• NQ- 2 Year's PQE Construction Associate
• Must have non contentious construction law experience
• A good knowledge of Contracts and appointments including JCT, NEC and EPC forms
• Strong Communication skills
