As the face of the business, you'll deliver a five-star experience to tenants and visitors, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and memorable.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties
• Providing exceptional customer service to tenants
• Handling calls, post, deliveries, and access passes
• Supporting office and facilities requests
• Maintaining high standards across the building
• Assisting with administration and client onboarding

What we're looking for:

• A confident and friendly communicator who loves working with people
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences
• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or concierge-style roles is highly desirable
• You do not need previous reception or front-of-house experience. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, professionalism, and service mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and going the extra mile for clients and visitors
