About the Role

The purpose of the position of Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer is to carry service, maintenance, repairs and replacements of Sprinkler pipe work.

Valve sets including Pre – Actions and Alternate.

Flow switches.

Sprinkler heads.

Alterations to suite customers of sprinkler heads.

PPM’S on sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities:

To be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

To assist other members of the team when needed. 

To be part of the on-call rota.

Be able to converse with customers in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within the Mechanical Fire Systems engineering industry
• Working knowledge of fire sprinklers and the British Standards.
• Extensive experience of Delivering Service Related Activities (Maintenance, Call Outs & Remedial Works across Fire Sprinkler & associated disciplines.
• A systematic approach to solving complex problems.
• Highly effective verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work well on your own or as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence
