Join us as a Paralegal

  • Support the team across a range of matters, including handling legal queries, building AI workflows, drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, and providing legal advice
  • You'll monitor legal and regulatory developments, analysing emerging requirements and sharing relevant insights with colleagues and stakeholders
  • You'll communicate accurately and effectively, supporting transactions, and business decisions across the organisation
  • Our team operates within a hybrid working model so you'll work from home some of the time, coming into the office at least two days per week to collaborate closely with your colleagues


What you'll do

In this role, you'll provide practical and commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of matters, helping stakeholders understand and manage legal risks. You'll use legal technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance the quality and consistency of legal service delivery while making sure that advice and guidance is delivered clearly and within agreed timescales.

Your work will focus on:

  • Managing relationships with external legal providers, obtaining specialist advice where required and supporting the effective management of legal spend
  • Developing and maintaining legal knowledge resources, including precedents, guidance materials and knowledge-sharing forums
  • Preparing management information, dashboards and reports that provide insight into legal activity, key developments and emerging trends
  • Maintaining legal records and corporate documentation, including support for Companies Act requirements, document requests and meeting administration
  • Driving continuous improvement through legal technology, collaboration tools and AI-enabled solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery


The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with experience working within a leading law firm or in-house legal environment. You'll be comfortable using legal technology, collaboration platforms, document management systems and knowledge-sharing tools to support effective legal service delivery.

You'll also have a strong interest in innovation, with a willingness to embrace digital-first ways of working, process enhancement initiatives and the responsible use of AI-enabled tools.

You'll demonstrate:

  • The ability to build effective relationships and work confidently with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
  • A track record of managing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment and contributing to shared objectives
  • The ability to monitor and share legal, regulatory, market and legal technology developments, applying relevant insight to day-to-day work
  • A data-aware mindset, with experience using dashboards, management information and reporting to support prioritisation, decision-making and continuous improvement
