Legal Cashier - Temporary - #2141964

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a Legal Cashier to join their team on a temporary basis.

Working within the London office, the successful applicant will assist with legal cashiering duties for a minimum term of 6-weeks with potential to continue beyond this.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all receipts are processed on Elite 3E in accordance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) and SAR.
• Identifying Disbursements.
• Maintaining client account ledgers.
• Identifying cash receipts related to bills and provide a list of receipts received.
• Daily reconciliation of accounts.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Reviewing and preparing expense reports.

Suitable applicants will have gained prior Cashier experience from within a law firm, have a strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, have experience using 3E, take a proactive approach, and have exceptional attention to detail skills.
